Delivery

Cards are made to order, so there is a short build step before anything is posted. Here is exactly what happens and how long it takes.

Cost

UK delivery is free on every order, whatever size. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout. The price shown on the product is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed. That window covers both steps:

1. Building your cards (1–2 working days). We find your Google listing or Instagram profile from the details you gave at checkout, programme each card to point there, and test that it opens correctly.
2. Posting (2–3 working days). Cards go by Royal Mail, tracked where the size allows.

This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. If you need cards for a specific date, email hello@leovohelps.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Things that can slow an order down

• We cannot find your listing. If the business details you gave do not match a Google listing we can identify, we will email you rather than guess. The clock pauses until you reply.
• You are not on Google yet. A Google review card needs a live Google Business Profile to point at. If you do not have one we will tell you and help you get set up before we build anything.
• Multi-branch orders. Each card is programmed to its own branch, so larger orders take longer to build and check.
• Postal delays, weather and strikes. Outside our control, but we will always help you chase.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Checkout will not accept a non-UK delivery address. If you want cards sent abroad, email us and we will see what is possible.

Tracking your order

You will get an email when your order is confirmed, and again when your cards are posted. If the parcel is tracked, that second email carries the tracking number.

If your order has not arrived

Give it two working days beyond the estimate above, since post is occasionally slow, then email hello@leovohelps.com with your order number.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we must deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you. If we miss that, and delivery by a certain date was essential, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. We will not argue the point with you.

Until your cards are delivered, they are our responsibility. If a parcel is lost in the post we replace it — you do not lose out because a courier did.

Wrong or incomplete address

We post to the delivery address given at checkout. If it was wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we will resend it free once. If it is lost because of an incorrect address, we can remake the order at a reduced price. Do check your address carefully — it is a lot easier than fixing it afterwards.
