What happens when somebody taps the card?
Their phone opens the destination you chose for that card — your Google review page or your Instagram profile. Nothing is installed and no account is needed. They land exactly where you want them, ready to write or follow.
Do customers need an app?
No. NFC reading is built into modern phones, and the QR code works with the standard camera. There is nothing for your customer to download.
What if their phone does not support NFC?
Every Leovo card carries a QR code alongside the NFC tag. If tapping is not available, or is switched off, they can point their camera at the code instead and reach the same page.
Does the card arrive pre-programmed?
Yes. We build and programme the destination from the details you give us at checkout, test that it opens the right page, then post the card ready to use. Stand it on your counter and it works straight away.
Can I mix Google and Instagram cards?
Yes — every bundle can be mixed freely. A 6-card bundle could be two black Google stands, two Instagram stands and two stick-on Google cards, or any other combination you like.
Can I change the destination later?
Get in touch and we will confirm what is possible for your specific order.
Where should I place the card?
Wherever the conversation naturally ends — beside the till, on the payment terminal, at the reception desk, or on the door as people leave. The best spot is the one your customer is already looking at while they are still pleased with the visit.
What do you need from me?
At checkout we ask for your business name and full address, or your Instagram handle. That is all — we build and programme the destination for you. Your business needs to be listed on Google Maps for a review card to work; if you already have a review link of your own you can send that instead.
How long does delivery take?
Cards are made to order, so allow 3–5 working days from your order being confirmed. UK delivery is free on every order.
